Watchfinder Canada Service Centre
Watchfinder Canada's Repair Centre services all Swiss-made, antique, and luxury watches. We service luxury brands like Gerard Perregaux, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Franck Muller, Baume & Mercier, Breguet, Bvlgari, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Longines, Panerai, Chopard, Concord, IWC, Maurice Lacroix, Corum, Tag Heuer, Tiffany & Co.
We inspect the watch to give you a complete diagnostic, along with the exact price for the services that will be performed. Service will not begin without your acceptance of our service fee. If you decide not to have the watch serviced by us, there will be no charge for the estimates, and you would pick up the watch from our store or pay for the watch's return shipping.
When you send your watch or jewellery item to Watchfinder Canada's Repair Centre, your item is completely overhauled and polished. Before you receive your item back, our quality control department will scrutinize your item to ensure your piece is restored to its finest condition. There are several ways we service a watch or jewellery item.
How to Service your Watch
1. Inspection and Work Order
First, bring your watch to our store for inspection. Then a service work order form will be created. Our watchmakers will then issue a quote for the service that will be sent to you by email.
2. Quote and Payment
When you have received and accepted our quote, a Repair Authorization Number will be given to you by email with a payment link that must be paid in order for the watch to begin servicing.
3. Pick-up and Shipping
Once the watch has been serviced and is ready for pickup, you will be notified by phone and email. If you would like your watch shipped, please let us know ahead of time, so we can arrange a courier.
