Watchfinder Canada Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates All packages are shipped via FedEx Insured & Express. Shipping Cost: $250 CAD (fully insured)

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Watchfinder Canada is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and other applicable costs.

Damages All shipments are fully insured through FedEx. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@watchfinder.ca or 416-928-0128 and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all original packaging materials and the damaged item, as they will be required for the claims process.

Missing or Stolen Shipments If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at info@watchfinder.ca or 416-928-0128. Watchfinder Canada will work directly with FedEx to file a claim and investigate. Local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete — please allow up to 21 days for this process.
