Returns and refunds policy
Watchfinder does not accept returns for refunds. All returns are reviewed for in-store credit only. Once the item is delivered back to our Yorkville office, our team needs three business days to inspect the watch and confirm it matches the piece originally shipped. This process protects our clients, given the nature of luxury goods and the high rate of fraud in the industry. After inspection, we contact you and issue in-store credit for the full approved amount. Our office must approve any exception before the item is shipped back. This policy applies to all purchases across Canada and supports the security standards Watchfinder is known for in Toronto’s preowned luxury watch market.
