RETURN POLICY
The Watchfinder owner Sean Sherzady wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any PRE-OWNED watch purchased from us may be returned, provided that you notify us of your intention to do so within seven days of receipt of the order, request a Return Authorization number, and return the item immediately, in the condition in which it was received, including all boxes, books, papers, hang tags, etc. The merchandise MUST BE RETURNED, insured for the full purchase price. The Return Authorization number must be noted on the outside of the package. Any item returned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price. The shipping charges are non refundable.
Unfortunately, NIB (New In Box) or UNUSED watches are not eligible for return policy. This is to assure you that what you are receiving is 100% original in factory condition. We want you to know that these items have not been sent out, worn and returned. When you see any item listed as new, you can be confident the piece you are receiving is in factory mint condition.
The return policy does not apply to special ordered items or custom work performed in addition to the listing. All custom or special orders are final.

OUR GUARANTEE
Each watch sold by Watchfinder is carefully inspected by Sean Sherzady and his team of in-house watchmakers with decades of experience with even the most complicated timepieces. Sean Sherzady stand behind every watch he sells and unconditionally guarantees their authenticity. Watchfinder Canada warranties all watches for one year from date of invoice, unless the invoice indicates otherwise, with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches. The warranty does not cover: bands, batteries, cracked or broken crystals or water damage. Damage from abuse or misuse (knocks, dents, crushing) or tampering by unauthorized technicians, will render this warranty null and void.
